1. Scope of Services

Veryfo is a digital platform offering automated online verification tools for data checks. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• IBAN Verification — Validation of International Bank Account Numbers for structure, format, and consistency.
• IP Address Verification — Geolocation and authenticity analysis of IP addresses.
• Phone Number Verification — Validation of mobile and landline numbers for availability, format, and legitimacy.

All services are provided on a prepaid token basis and are accessible via the User’s personal dashboard after registration.

Global Payment Testing

Veryfo additionally provides manual payment method testing services (“Global Payment Testing”) designed to verify the functionality of payment flows on third-party websites or payment forms, based on links, credentials, and instructions supplied by the User. Global Payment Testing services are distinct from automated verification tools and are subject to the additional terms set forth below.

Global Payment Testing consists of point-in-time testing of deposit and/or withdrawal payment flows on a User’s website or payment link to confirm operational functionality under defined conditions.

Acceptance of these services occurs through checkout completion on the Veryfo website. No separate written agreement is required unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Test Scope and Parameters

Unless otherwise stated in the order form, each Global Payment Test includes:

• Testing of one (1) website or payment link
• Conducted in one (1) country
• Performed on one (1) device
• Using one (1) payment method

Any deviation from these parameters (including additional countries, devices, websites, or payment methods) constitutes a separate test and may incur additional fees.

Deposit and Testing Funds

The service fee for Global Payment Testing does not include any deposit, balance, or transaction amount required to perform the test.

All required testing funds, balances, credentials, and access details must be provided by the User. Veryfo bears no responsibility for failed or incomplete tests caused by insufficient funds, blocked transactions, or invalid access credentials.

Testing Attempts and Retesting

Each Global Payment Test includes:

• Up to three (3) testing attempts
• Retesting following correction of errors identified during testing

Following each unsuccessful test attempt, the User is granted five (5) business days to correct errors, update credentials, or resolve technical issues. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in the test being deemed concluded.

If one payment method is required for deposit and a different method for withdrawal, the activity shall still be considered one (1) test, provided the tester has authorized access to both methods.

A test is considered successfully completed once a deposit transaction is processed successfully.

Delivery Timeframe

Global Payment Testing is typically completed within one (1) business day from the time the order is placed.

Depending on the required testing jurisdiction and time zone, delivery may take up to three (3) business days. Timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Test Results and Reporting

Results of Global Payment Testing are delivered via a detailed written report sent by email to the contact address provided by the User at checkout.

2. Token-Based Payment System

2.1 Token Packages

Access to verification services is facilitated through the purchase of token packages. Each verification action consumes tokens in varying amounts, depending on the complexity of the service.

Available token packs include, but are not limited to:

• Starter Pack — Priced at €0.20 per token
• Pro Pack — Priced at €0.17 per token
• Saver Pack — Priced at €0.18 per token
• Custom Pack — Starting from 1,500 tokens, priced at €0.16 per token

Veryfo reserves the right to amend pricing and package options at any time. The most current pricing is listed on our Pricing Page.

2.2 Token Usage

Each service consumes 2 (two) tokens per request. Tokens are automatically deducted from your account balance when a verification request is submitted. Your current balance and transaction history are available at all times via your user dashboard.

2.3 Token Delivery and Availability

Tokens are credited to your account immediately upon successful payment. Tokens:

• Do not expire once delivered
• Are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or credits
• Are non-refundable, except under the conditions described in Section 6

2.4. Token Usage for Global Payment Testing

Global Payment Testing services are provided exclusively through the token-based payment system.

To place an order for Global Payment Testing, the User must hold a sufficient token balance in their account. The exact number of tokens required for the selected test scope is clearly displayed to the User at checkout prior to order confirmation.

• Are deducted upon order placement
• Represent full payment for the testing service itself
• Are governed by Sections 2.2 and 2.3 of these Terms

3. Eligibility

To register for and use our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You are acting in a personal or professional capacity and not as a competitor or for any unlawful purpose

While we do not enforce a strict minimum age requirement, we strongly recommend that users be of legal age in their jurisdiction for entering into online transactions involving digital goods. We reserve the right to request age verification if required by law or for purposes of security or compliance.

4. Account Registration and Access

To utilize the Veryfo platform, you must register an account and provide accurate and complete information. You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Promptly update any outdated registration details
• Accept full responsibility for all actions conducted through your account
• Immediately report any unauthorized access or suspected breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are compromised, inactive, misused, or involved in fraudulent or illegal activity.

5. Payment Terms and Delivery

• Payment for tokens must be made in full at the time of order.
• Upon confirmation of payment, token packages are delivered immediately and become available within your user account.
• Once tokens have been deducted for Global Payment Testing, the service is considered paid for and initiated. Failure of a test due to third-party payment systems, insufficient deposit funds, incorrect credentials, or external provider restrictions does not entitle the User to a token refund.
• By completing a purchase, you expressly waive any right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply under consumer protection legislation once the digital service has been delivered.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, except under the provisions outlined in Section 6.

6. Refunds and Exceptions

Veryfo does not offer refunds except in limited circumstances, including:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Promptly update any outdated registration details
• Accept full responsibility for all actions conducted through your account
• Immediately report any unauthorized access or suspected breach
• Tokens deducted for Global Payment Testing are non-refundable once the order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.

To request a refund, you must email support@veryfo.com with a detailed explanation and supporting documentation. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that lack sufficient evidence.

7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

By using the services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and refrain from activities that:

• Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation
• Involve unauthorized access to or use of our systems or data
• Distribute, upload, or transmit malware or malicious code
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of Veryfo or third parties
• Use our services for fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes

We reserve the right to investigate and take legal action against violations of this section, including suspension or termination of your account and reporting to authorities where applicable.

8. User Data and Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all data submitted through our platform. By uploading or entering data, you affirm that:

• You have the full legal right and any necessary consents to submit such data
• The data does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable privacy laws
• You comply with all obligations under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) or other relevant frameworks

You grant Veryfo a limited, non-exclusive, and royalty-free license to process the submitted data strictly for the purposes of rendering the requested service.

9. Data Privacy and Security

Veryfo processes personal and sensitive data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data integrity, confidentiality, and availability. Verification data submitted by users, including but not limited to IBANs, phone numbers, IP addresses, is:

• Used exclusively for the requested verification task
• Not stored longer than necessary to complete the process
• Not resold, repurposed, or shared for advertising or third-party marketing
• Never used to profile users or generate unrelated data insights

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the Veryfo platform — including software, branding, interfaces, algorithms, and all other proprietary content — are owned by Veryfo or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the services solely for their intended purpose. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, license, or modify any content or materials
• Decompile or reverse-engineer any part of the service
• Create derivative works based on the Veryfo platform

Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services provided by Veryfo are offered "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure
• The data provided through verification is complete, accurate, or current
• Results of services will meet your specific business or personal needs

You use our services entirely at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veryfo shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of business, revenue, profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses
• Damages arising from delays, service interruptions, data breaches, or force majeure events

In any event, our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Modifications will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the services after any update constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
