Refund Policy

Effective Date: January, 2026

1. Scope and Applicability

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on the Veryfo platform, including token packages and related services (“Services”). By purchasing Services from us, you agree to this policy. This policy supplements the Veryfo Terms of Service and should be read together with those Terms.

2. Non-Refundable Tokens & Services

All token purchases are non-refundable once payment is completed, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Tokens and Services are considered delivered and consumed immediately upon purchase and are therefore not eligible for refund on the basis of change of mind or lack of use.

3. Refund Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, refunds may be issued only in the limited circumstances identified below:

  • If we determine that an error occurred on our end (e.g., double billing, technical failure resulting in incorrect charges).
  • Where required by applicable consumer protection laws (for example, statutory cancellation rights in certain jurisdictions).

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under an exception above, you must:

  • Email support@veryfo.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
  • Provide your account details and the order ID or purchase receipt.
  • Clearly explain the reason for your refund request and attach any supporting documentation.

5. Time Frame for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date, unless a different statutory period applies under local consumer protection laws. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for review except where required by applicable law.

6. Processing Refunds

  • If a refund is approved by Veryfo, we will process the refund using the original payment method, where possible.
  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear back in your account, depending on your payment provider and banking system.
  • Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment processors are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

7. No Other Refund Rights

Except as expressly described in this Refund Policy or required by law, all purchases are final. This means you agree that you do not have any refund rights after purchasing tokens or Services — including for change of mind, unused tokens, or dissatisfaction with Services delivered.

8. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Refund Policy shall be subject to the same jurisdiction.

9. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how refunds are handled.
